Empowering informed decision-making, Shivendra and Co. leveraged Power BI to deliver customised dashboards for a growing client. We began by collaborating with the client to understand their overall strategy. Aligning with this strategy, we identified key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to each business unit, with an initial focus on finance and operations. Following a structured mapping of these KPIs and their data sources, we defined reporting structures and targets. Partnering with an analytics vendor, we then developed interactive dashboards featuring clear visualisations and drill-down capabilities.
