Growth and transformation demand effective program management. Shivendra and Co. set up a Project Management Office (PMO) with the client that would be responsible for delivery and coordination for transformation. We began by identifying key stakeholders and critical business functions. A PMO structure was established to oversee program delivery and track progress against set goals. We facilitated a collaborative environment where stakeholders provided regular updates on plans, challenges, and countermeasures. This fostered proactive problem-solving and ensured alignment across the organisation. Monthly target breakdowns and levelled workloads ensured efficient execution. Furthermore, we empowered function managers to establish mini-PMOs, cascading accountability and driving ownership. The PMO streamlined communication, eliminating redundant meetings, and created a central forum for discussions. Key performance indicators (KPIs) like program delivery updates, health & safety reports, and financial metrics were tracked for comprehensive program oversight. This newfound structure empowered the client to navigate their transformation journey with clarity and achieve their strategic goals.
